OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
